Refund policy

If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy below.

If the clothing item has surpassed 3 days of receipt of the delivery, the clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Contact with Zaydamour can not surpass 15 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of item cost.

If the clothing item is damaged please contact Zaydamour within 3 days of receipt of the delivery to arrange a return, then ship the item back to Zaydamour as soon as possible for a full refund of the item cost.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Zaydamour will not provide labels.
